Yogyakarta-Bromo-Ijen-Sukamade
This vacation tour is designed to see more nature of Java via Bromo volcano and Ijen crater,national park and beach for eco traveller
DAY 01 ARRIVAL JOGJAKARTA
After arrival in Jogjakarta, direct transfer to SANTIKA hotel or similar for overnight.
DAY 02 YOGYAKARTA CITY TOUR – BOROBUDUR
Breakfast at hotel in the morning then proceed to Yogya City Sightseeing visiting Kraton (Sultan’s Palace), Bird Market, Water Castle, Sonobudoyo Museum, Batik Home Industry and Silversmith at Kotagede with its processing and beautiful collections. Then, drive to Borobudur to admire one of the wonder worlds, Borobudur temple. On the way back to Yogya, visit Mendut and Pawon temples as well. Lunch at local restaurant. Overnight at Santika. In the evening drive to Purawisata to have dinner and see the Ramayana Ballet Performance.
DAY 03 YOGYAKARTA – BROMO
Breakfast at hotel. Morning. drive to Bromo with stop at Prambanan temple, then Solo visiting Mangkunegaran Palace and Triwindhu Antique Market. Then continued to Bromo for dinner and overnight at BROMO TOSARI.
DAY 04 BROMO/TOSARI – BANYUWANGI
Morning call at 03.00 AM and start your journey at 04.00 AM to enjoy the beauty of nature and the splendid sunrise at Penanjakan the proceed to Mt. Bromo crater through the shimmering sea of sand (horseback riding included). Breakfast at hotel. Leaving for Ijen crater via Probolinggo and Bondowoso. Dinner and overnight at KETAPANG INDAH or similar.
DAY 05 MOUNT IJEN EXCURSION – BALURAN-KETAPANG
After having breakfast at Guest House ,early morning depart to the wholeday excursion to Mt. Ijen. Ijen Crater shows a special type of volcanic feature common to Indonesia, about 1 km in diameter and 175 meters deep. The floor is covered completely by a warm lake, milky blue green in color, held back by a dam built many years ago by the Dutch, in order to keep the hot mineral, laden water from raining for the crop lands below. Trekking down the mountain and rejoin the coach and directly drive to Baluran national park wich covers 25000 ha of rain forest,savannah and with wild buffalos,peacock,eagles,barking deer etc include bama beach .After the trip back to Ketapang and stay overnight in Banyuwangi.
DAY 06 KETAPANG-SUKAMADE
In the morning we will drive across the extensive plantations of East Java and the mountain range of the Meru Betiri nature reserve to the protected Sukamade ‘Turtle Beach’, a wild 3 kilometers sand strip on the Indian Ocean where 5 species of turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. Stay at the lodge nearby and return to the beach at night for turtle spotting. Conditions here are very basic, but more often than not visitors are lucky enough to come back with an experience that is both unique and bound to become exceedingly rare. Stay overnight and take dinner at the LODGE or Guest House in Sukamade (B,L,D)
DAY 07 SUKAMADE-BALI
After breakfast in Sukamade turtle beach area then spend the morning for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is an area virtually void of people. Go and take a dip in crystal clear waters of the nearby river. Leave in the morning and try to get ferry for crossing Bali and you have another 3 hour drive from Bali harbor to southern part of Bali or 1,5 hour to nortehrn part of Bali.End of services
